A Trusted Auto Body Shop for Collision Repair and More

Terrific place. Car was delivered ahead of schedule and best prices of those I surveyed. Thumbs up!

My car was hit by a drunk driver, and I was honestly overwhelmed and didn’t know where to turn. I have been burned by mechanics in the past, so I was extremely hesitant and nervous about trusting someone with my car. That’s when I turned to Mr. Novix, and I’m so thankful I did. From the very beginning, he was truthful, honest, and completely transparent about the process. He never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of or left in the dark. He explained everything clearly and was always upfront about what was happening and what to expect. What really stood out to me was how amazing he was at working with the insurance company. He handled the process professionally and made something that could have been incredibly stressful so much easier for me and my family. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and he made sure we were kept informed every step of the way. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mechanic who is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, communicative, and truly cares about his customers. I will be going back to him is I have any other issues with my car 10/10 recommend!! **Before and after pictures for reference**

Suspected a leak coming from the roof rack of our 2017 Toyota Tacoma, but wouldn’t find anyone who wanted to diagnose. We were sent to Novix and Andre couldn’t have been more helpful. Found the leak coming from rear cabin air vents(something I’d have never looked at), had it fixed in two days, and sent detailed photos along the way. He took into consideration that my husband was deployed and I have a young son, and worked with me to get it done quickly and be flexible with drop off and pick up! As a woman, I often feel places naturally try to overcharge me, but I didn’t feel that way here. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Finished my car in no time, highly recommend.

Very honest, very professional, and will tell you what you absolutely need what you don’t. I went to Mr. Andre with my friend’s car for maintenance work. He told me what needs to be done and what could wait. Didn’t take long to finish the job and price was very reasonable! Highly recommended

I highly recommend bringing your car to this shop. They work on everything from high-end luxury vehicles to everyday cars, and they treat every vehicle with the same level of care. Their team is fast, professional, and offers great prices on repairs . If you’re looking for quality work at an affordable price, this is definitely the shop to trust.

They are very friendly and detailed. Bring your vehicles.

Prompt service. Attentive communication, patience with customer. Will return with certainty. Andre is excellent.

Had a great experience getting my car fixed. The work was done in the time promised. It looks as good as new, the paint color is a perfect match. They really pay attention to the details. Highly recommend.

Recently brought my 2023 Toyota Tacoma by for a quote to possibly fix some paint chips, we appreciated how thoroughly he explained everything and how straightforward he was. He answered all our questions clearly, and communicated with honesty and really took sometime with us to discuss the best course of action.

Was here several months ago, was a flyby check in to see if they could help with opening two ports i had on custom rear bumper for custom lights purchased. It was about 30 min job and it was the owner whom made himself available and was very gratuitous with his time to provide fitment! Later installed and truly appreciated his service! They worked out well and have more light while going in reverse the going forward! 🤪😎

I had the option to choose where I wanted to take my car to be repaired. My first choice was here and I didn't need another budget after the consultation. I trusted them and I wasn't wrong. Professional work. The best job I've ever seen. No detail to complain. They are real professionals. I completely recommend it. Efficient and fast work. They fulfill what they promise

Andre is the guy to call when you need to get your vehicle back on track. I've been going to Andre for a minute now and every time has been like the first. Perfect customer service, honest pricing and above all a great finished product.

I took my 2013 Nissan Rogue SUV to 2 different places to install a driver side door handle that broke off. I reordered a replacement and neither mechanic could install it! By sheer luck l discovered Novix on google. Andre installed the door handle in 10 minutes! I encountered courtesy, professionalism and great overall service. I'm so impressed that l am waiting on a quote from Andre to do additional work from a hit and run driver who damaged the panel above my driver side wheel. I highly recommend Novix Auto Body and can't wait to do business with them again!

First class operation. The best body shop in town. If you want it done right take it to them.

Great service , honest, on time, great price. 10/10 would recommend!!

Did such a good job on my car. Totally recommend.

I had my bumper repainted here after a hit and run😔 and was really impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of work. The gentleman here will go above and beyond for their customer. From the start, they were upfront, professional, and easy to communicate with. They clearly take pride in their craft and care about their customers being happy with the results. It’s rare to find someone in this line of work who is both skilled and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. highly recommend!

Can’t say I’ve ever had a better experience with an auto body shop before. Andrey and his team started on my car and had it fixed up and ready so quickly. Very often it seems these things can take forever but I was amazed at how easy and straightforward it was to work with him, from drop off to pick up and the communication in between. Don’t hesitate to use this shop if you need car work done. Very pleasant to work with, professional and efficient. Thank you Andrey

I brought my 2000 4Runner in for some restoration work and Novix did such an amazing job! I am so glad I found them and would recommend them to anyone needing paint or body repairs. Pricing was fair and everyone was so easy to work with. I will definitely use them again in the future!

I had a great experience with Sergey and Novix last week. After high estimates and the run around from a dealer body shop, a friend recommended Novix. Quick estimate, scheduling and on time repair work. It was a minor repair (some jerk scraped it in a parking lot), but it's my new car and Sergey did a great job. I hope not to need him again, but won't hesitate to use Novix if I do.

Brought my car into Novix for some bodywork to be done. Andrey was so amazing to work with. I had an estimated quote and an approximate date of completion before I even left! The work he does is exceptional. Perfection. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else but here!!!! So thankful I found him and I have referred others to him. He takes pride in his work and it shows.

Had some body work done on my car and Andrey did a great job and for a reasonable price. The turnaround time was also very good. Couldn't be happier.

Took my 2023 Challenge in for accident repairs, Novix Auto Body took great care of my car and dealing with the insurance company! Definitely will recommend!

We had the pleasure of taking our Civic to Novix for a repair on damage to the passenger side. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful and made what normally would be a stressful experience so easy. We worked with the owner, and to say that he went above and beyond would be an understatement! The quality of the work was also excellent and fast. We will absolutely be coming back to them with any future needs!

Andre and the team did a great job with my QX80!

These guys did a great job on my truck. Color matched the previous paint and fixed prior junk paintwork in 4 days, looks fantastic . Would recommend again.

Great quality of work without taking too long and very nice employees, owner is a good man.

I drop my vehicle over to Novix and Andrey did an excellent job on my Truck! His work is outstanding, the color matched perfectly and his customer service was extremely exceptional! I recommend Novix body shop to anyone that is looking for body work done on their vehicle or if you just want a paint job. He went above and beyond! Best body shop in town! Try Novix body shop and you will not be disappointed!!!!

Great Body Shop!! I Came To Novix Because I Needed My New Door Handle Put On, And Was Highly Recommended To Go Here. The Owner Was Super Kind And Worked At A Great Pace. I Will Definitely Be Coming Back For Any Further Work Needed In The Future!

Outstanding Service... I would highly recommend Novix Auto Body Inc.!!!

I highly recommend Novix! Andrey gave me a very reasonable estimate, got me into the shop and fixed my vehicle within 24 hours. While working on my vehicle, they noticed I had a tire leak, and they fixed that on the spot as well. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. I will definitely use Novix Auto Body again!

I was looking for a good body shop to work on my Acura and thankfully I found Novix Auto Body. Andrey and his team did an amazing job, it was a quick turn around and the car looked brand new again - Thanks Andrey and Team!

I Had an issue with the undercarriage of my vehicle. Nothing Major. Just needed to be fixed. Called Around several places before I spoke with Andre at Novix. I liked his personality. Real Guy. He said bring it up here in around 20 minutes and we will take a look. I ended up running late. I didn't have much time before i Had to drive across town and pick up one of my kids. They could have said come back another time and I would have understood. Instead Andre had another member of his crew stop what he was working on. They both teamed up. Got my vehicle fixed in time to get me on the road to get my kid from school. That says a lot about someone and how treat thier customers. Quality work. Honest. They respect your time. I recommend Novix. I will be using them for my vehicle's in the future and highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done.Good People.

Dropped my car off to Andre to fix!!! Excellent customer & mechanical service! I recommend this auto body shop to anyone who needs any work done! Will be bringing back if I ever have any other issues. Thank you Novix Auto body for everything you helped me with 😊

From the beginning to end of my new Toyota Tundra being severely damaged, Novix Auto Body came through with flying colors. They had my truck towed from Orlando to Jacksonville, replaced everything damaged which included bed, tailgate, wheel, topper, bumper, tail light, bent axel, exhaust, etc, and finished off with a beautiful paint job that restored the new truck to looking new again. Thank you Novix, (Andrey), for your attention to detail, and professional service.

He painted my car and it came out beautiful he had to match the paint cuz I didn't have the code but it's excellent work

I had an amazing experience with this business! They were incredibly kind and professional. They efficiently performed impressive work on my vehicle for a very reasonable price. All of my interactions with them were incredibly pleasant. I would highly recommend working with this autobody service.

Gave me a quote months before I actually brought my vehicle in and it was still good months later. Performed the repair the same day. I brought the repair part myself (yes they'll let you do that when it's from the manufacturer). Didn't keep the vehicle for day's for a minor repair. No overpriced narcissist auto body repair shop here. Good honest service.

Amazing quality and perfect customer service! Absolutely recommended.

The customer service was superb!! They Mechanic I had was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a recent car accident and my headlight bulb was completely out. My bumper was damaged as well. Not only did he fix it, but he gave me pointers how to maintain services in the future. They were gracious with price, I will definitely be back and recommend to others!!

Realigned my doors very quickly at a very competitive price! Im very happy with the results!

Great communication and excellent service. My car came back looking even better than before the crash.

I took our 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe to Novix today because parking lot blocks had broken a couple of fastening points between the bumper and wheel well. Instead of trying to sell me a bumper and paint job someone was sent outside to do a good-looking job of re-securing the problem spots. Thank you gentlemen. They seemed to be an honest and reliable shop.

Here's a draft review: "I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service I received from Novix body shop! They recently worked on my Toyota that some one hit me! and I am blown away by the outstanding quality of their work & cominications to insurance company & The team's attention to detail, expertise, and professionalism are truly impressive. Great communication. My car was ready exactly when they said it would be ready. They did a great job fixing the damage to my car that you can’t even tell it was wrecked. I highly recommend this body shop.

I am beyond thrilled with the work the Novix Auto Body did on my wife’s car after she was rear ended. From the time I brought it in for an estimate I knew I found the the right shop. I had a very good experience at this body shop. The owner was very quick to respond and the service was great.

This team does some beautiful work. I had them paint the hood of my jeep and it has a mirror finish. It looks wet. Great job guys.

Best body shop in the area and the team was super helpful. They walked me through each step…make sure I was informed on everything happening. Also, gave great after service help with random car questions. Will be a repeat customer for sure!!

The Novix team did an incredible job on my 911 Turbo. I had a rather large job to respray my entire car and they had it done for a better price and quality than any other option out there. Professional, careful, and efficient. Absolutely will be coming back for some other work on my other vehicles.

Best mechanic in Jax!!! AND the fastest!! I’ve used them multiple times and every time I’ve never been disappointed. They stand by their work and make sure everything is satisfactory before the car even leaves the lot!!! They repaired my front end that was damaged from running over heavy debris falling off a truck on highway and my door that was smashed in from an apartment complex gate that closed on me….my car looks brand new!!! They even washed my car before releasing to back to me!! Talk about white glove service!!

I got my car back today, yes!!!After an accident with my Camry I selected NoviX for the repairs, the Camry looked 1000% better than before, they also worked on other items as well, Excellent work, outstanding professionals and always keeping us updated. My neighbors already asking me who the body shop was that did such great work.👍Recommended

My family of 6 really appreciates the service of this family owned and run business. They understood our urgent need to fix our passenger side sliding door on our mini van. Best price in town, and when you go to this business you will be treated with respect. This was the best price and service we have had on our vehicle yet. Our sliding door works better then it did when we bought it and now we’re more comfortable knowing safe for our family.. highly recommend this shop. Thank you Novix,

Andrey and the Novix team are phenominal. Andrey is very responsive and accomodating. My car looks brand new again after Andrey's repair, and the paint correction is seamless. If ever I have auto body needs, I'm bringing my vehicle here and only here.

They did excellent work and in a timely matter. I now have a body shop I can trust.

I went and Andre really did his work in no time I’m going back definitely

Andrey obviously understands that expensive sports cars are very important to their owners. His attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship are evidence of that. Above all, he is honest. When a striping company went up on their prices, he shopped around and found a great company that did the work for the estimated cost rather than charge me more. He also worked hard to find a better paint match that was not one of the oem paint codes.

Andrey and his team provided great service and communication while working on my car. I was looking for a local auto body repair shop here in Jacksonville after moving here and was not disappointed after I worked with Novix.

Exceptional work, hospitality, and pricing. New to Jacksonville, I’m so glad I found Novix after shopping around for a body shop to do the job quickly. I called, they fit me in, and did a phenomenal job. Thanks Andre and team!

Great experience with this company. Paint and body passenger side door. Job was done fast and looked great

I CAME TO GET AN AFTERMARKET FRONT BUMBER PUT ON MY CAMARO THAT CAME WITH DIFFICULTIES AND THESE GUYS EXCEEDED ALL OBSTACLES. I WILL BE COMING BACK FOR MORE WORK

Andrey was able to fit me in pretty quickly and did a great job respraying the bumper on my S2000. There was constant and timely communication through the entire process. The team was able to finish my bumper pretty quick and the finished product is perfect with no complaints. The paint matched perfectly to the rest of the car.

Not only did they finish the job before schedule, they were very communicative throughout the process and my truck looks brand new. I would give a 6 stars rating if it was possible. I will use them again and refer them without doubt.

Professional and friendly people. Andrey and his team did an excellent job on my pick up truck. It looks brand new and like nothing ever happened to it. Will definitely come back if I need any body work done in the future.

Andrey was fantastic from the moment I initially called up until the day my car was ready to be picked up. I am not from the area and my car was in a hit and run. Thankfully NOVIX auto took the time to make sure my car was fixed perfectly and it was the easiest process working with Andrey. Extremely hard working and thorough!!!! I would highly highly recommend NOVIX to anyone and everyone. Truly blessed to have my car back, looking beautiful! Thank you Andrey!!!!!!!!!!

I had gotten my bumper replaced previously but the lower grill was missing so I finally got around to order it on Amazon. Then I just called around for body work in the area and came across Novix Auto Body. Great customer service from beginning to end.  It was a small fix so Andre didn't charge. It took less than 5 minutes.  Was in and out on my lunch break.  Satisfied with the customer service and the quick work.  Will definitely go back if I ever need body work.

This man is a total LIFE SAFER…he stayed open late just to fix my car in a decent turn around, very professional I’m so glad that I found him and did business with him (repair car) I RECOMMEND!!!!!

From start to finish I had excellent experience with Andre and his team at Novix Auto. Scheduling was easy and there were no delays. When my truck was delivered back to me, not only was it on time....but the quality of work exceeded my expectations 100%. My 2008 Silverado 2500hd went in for body work from an accident. We decided to paint the whole truck...and I'm so happy I did. The truck looks showroom brand new!! If you're looking for excellent workmanship along with a friendly, professional no BS team...this is the shop for you!!

Wonderful owners, wonderful staff, amazing work !! Cant imagine going anywhere else for body work.

Honest. Quality work.

Andre and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my Toyota Tundra. It was considered a total loss by the insurance company . For a very reasonable price Andre repaired the frame damage, replaced 2 doors and painted the vehicle. The rebuilt title inspection was quickly approved and certified. I have been able to drive another 150,000 miles since then and the body work and paint job look like the day I drove away from his shop.

Novix auto body is definitely a first class operation! The team had my truck in and out within a timely manner with superior quality! The customer service matched the quality of work and was top notch from start to finish! I will definitely be coming here for future work!

If you’re looking for a body shop that will go above and beyond for you, this is it. I’ve had multiple cars repaired by Novix Autobody and it’s always a great experience! A+++

Andrey did a great job fixing my Audi it looks like new

Andy and his team are the best. Did an awesome Job on my Lexus ES350 and saved me so much money! The best part is having someone who is experienced, thorough and trust worthy.

Andre and his team did a stellar repair of our Sonata involved in a rear end hit and run. The repair is flawless. Andre goes above and beyond and is a fair, honest and skilled professional. I would highly recommend him.
